I have been a fitness and yoga instructor for over 30 years. I have a vast athletic background and I enjoy incorporating elements of Anusara, Vinyasa, and Kundalini yoga as well as modern dance in my classes without losing a sense of lightheartedness and fun.
My devout study of yoga began after experiencing transformative effects from practicing as a student. My passion for teaching yoga stemmed from the affect yoga has had meeting what seemed like insurmountable challenges in my own life. It was the key in maintaining focus, clarity, and balance during those challenging times. I can truly say that the practice has changed my life and who I am today.
I am so grateful I have wonderful teachers, Doug Keller, Joe Roberson, Simon Park, Shiva Rea, Kim Groark, Lauren Peterson and Faith Hunter who are truly masters of their craft. I have over 5000 hours teaching experience and after leaving my corporate job, recently received my 500 Hour RYT with Faith Hunter. I continue to find passion for the study of Yoga and meditation daily. Everyday I am is reminded of how powerful the practice can be mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. I have devoted my life to helping you capture this, even in the smallest of ways through the practice of Yoga.
